Disbursement Issues
- When will an order callback be sent?
Callbacks are triggered only after the order reaches a terminal state (Success, Failed, Returned).
Recommended actions:
- If still within the payout processing window, please wait.
- If it remains PENDING beyond the expected time, contact Checus technical support.
- If the order is terminal but you did not receive a callback, confirm the callback URL configuration and contact Checus support to check callback logs.
See docs: Disbursement Integration
- What is a payout return (bounceback)?
In some countries/regions, banks may first return a success status when receiving a payout request, but if the account information is incorrect or funds cannot be credited, the funds will later be returned and the order will be marked as Returned.
Once a return notice is received, Checus changes the order status from "Success" to "Returned" and returns the payout amount and related fees.
Returns typically occur in bank transfer scenarios and are relatively rare.
- How are returns notified, and what should merchants do?
When an order is determined to be "Returned", Checus will notify you via callback as the order status changes from "Success" to "Returned". You may also obtain this proactively via the query API.
We recommend confirming the beneficiary account information with the recipient before deciding whether to retry the payout.
- How long does top-up take to arrive, and which currencies are supported?
- Hong Kong bank accounts: expected arrival in T+0 to T+1 days
- Bank accounts in other regions: expected arrival in T+0 to T+3 days
- Supported currencies: viewable in the Merchant Portal under the Top-up menu
- Must the payee name and address be real?
We recommend ensuring that the beneficiary information matches the bank/wallet registration to improve payout success rates.
