Top-up  
Merchants can top up currency accounts to support subsequent payment operations.
Operation flow:  
Checus supports two ways to top up an account: direct top-up and settlement-to-top-up.
1. Direct top-up  
- Go to Account Management → Top-up or Account Management → Account Balance and click the Top-up button in the upper-right corner.
- Choose the currency you need to top up (currently only USD is supported).
- View Checus’s bank account details.
- Complete the offline transfer.
- Submit the transfer slip, bank receipt, and other information.
- Wait for finance review.
- Receive the top-up result.




2. Settlement-to-top-up  
- You can top up your account by converting settlement funds to a top-up. For details, see: link
Status description  
Processing: After the merchant completes the offline transfer and uploads the bank transfer voucher on the Checus merchant platform, our finance team will review this top-up order. 
 Success: The finance review is approved, and the funds have been credited to the merchant’s available balance. 
 Failure: The top-up failed. You can view the failure reason on the top-up order detail page or contact Checus staff for assistance.
