Transfers
The transfer function is used to reallocate available balances between different merchants under the same legal entity. It supports both cross-currency transfers and same-currency transfers. Same-currency transfers mean the debited currency and the credited currency are the same, with no restriction on currency type. For cross-currency transfers, one side must be USD and the other can be any currency. Direct transfers between two different non-USD minor currencies are currently not supported. If needed, you can convert via the FX function. Transfer results will be notified to the merchant by email.
Operation flow:
- After entering the merchant platform, go to Account Management → Account Balance → More Actions and click Transfer; or go to Account Management → Transfers and click Transfer to start the process.
- Select the receiving merchant ID.
- Confirm the transfer information (debit currency/amount and credit currency/amount).
- Obtain the transfer result.
